The harness made of black MilSpec fabric is a safety device for the operator carrying out rescue operations in the water from boats or from the beach.
Equipped with a 70' long hollow braid rope placed on the back and a titanium double-bladed knife, the harness is approved by the U.S. Cost Guard for surface rescue swimmers.
